We are currently opening new wings at our Brownesholme Aged Care Facility in Highfields. We are recruiting Support Services staff to come and join us and be part of this exciting next stage. We are looking for staff to work in our state-of-the-art kitchen, laundry and cleaning areas.

Brownesholme is Carinity’s new residential Aged Care site located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities. Carinity’s new Brownesholme facility is designed and equipped with modern design concepts and technology to support residential care.

What do I need for the role?

• Availability to work a variety of shifts which could include morning, afternoon, night, and weekends
• Experience working in a similar environment (Aged Care preferred)
• Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence
• Person-centred care focus
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Current Flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain, or current Police Check (issued before 1 Feb 2021)
