The organisation has created an exciting opportunity for dedicated Support Workers to join the team and use their skills and experience to truly make a difference.These are Full-Time roles and position are available throughout AustraliaYour new roleProvide appropriate levels of support to maintain and improve the clients level of independent functioning including participation in the community
Respond to the client's needs and collaborate positively with their families, support people and others in their lives.
Undertake various domestic assistance for the client.
Demonstrate high quality service
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Recognise, respect and respond to the needs of the client
Maintain documentation to a high standard
Participate safe food handlingWhat you will need to succeedThe best candidate for this role will ideally possess:(Preferred) Certificate 3 or higher in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Care or equivalent qualification
Passion for providing support and care to people
Punctual and reliable
Clear and effective communication skills
P1 Drivers licence and willingness to transport clients

Australian National Police Check (Must be less than 12 months since the date of issue and be for unsupervised and working with vulnerable people)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check/Card
Certificate of completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Certificate of Completion of the Australian Government Department of Health Covid 19 Infection Control Training
Certificate of Covid 19 Vaccination compliance
Current HLTAID011 (or equivalent) First Aid Certificate
