- Support the First Clerk Assistant with administrative tasks and office initiatives.
- Demonstrate exceptional word processing prowess using Microsoft Office and Adobe platforms.
- Assist in processing Questions on Notice, ensuring accurate database entries and summaries of members questions.
- Compile and present precise statistics on Assembly activities.
- Assist with the processing of tabled papers, maintaining the integrity of the Tabled Papers Database, and archival management.
- Address inquiries and information requests from legislators, stakeholders, and the public.
- Contribute to projects with efficiency and promptness.
- Proficient in office software and statistical analysis and presentation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of parliamentary procedures and practices.
