ABOUT THE ROLE:
Situated in the heart of Wilsonton, Toowoomba, this role provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Disability Support Management in a community-focused setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing tailored client-focused supports, ensuring compliance, and monitoring goal progress.
- Consistently updating cases and producing relevant reports.
- Enhancing your team's skills through leadership, mentorship, feedback, and learning opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, reflecting the values of Blue Iris at all times.
- Formulating and revising client support plans.
- Strict adherence to NDIS guidelines and our internal policies.
- Administrative duties, particularly maintaining accurate client records.
- Undertaking Risk Assessments when necessary.
- Some travel requirements (Morayfield, Brisbane & Northern Suburbs).
- Availability for a rotational on-call roster.
- Following WHS regulations and company policies.
ABOUT YOU:

- Previous experience with disabled individuals; expertise in complex mental health is an advantage.
- Current studies or a diploma in Business, Leadership Management, Disability, Allied Health, or Mental Health.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- An Open Queensland Driver’s Licence.
- Eligibility for:
- Current Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current Paid NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card).
