THE POSITION
We are searching for Full Time, self-motivated and dedicated Participant Relationship Managers who live our values and share our passion to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, the Participant Relationship Managers are responsible for creating organisational growth and promoting positive brand awareness throughout the community. The Participant Relationship Managers will leverage their skills, connections, and experience to build key relationships with stakeholders that lead to service opportunities, referrals, leads and onboarding of new NDIS Participants within the Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast Region.

Me & My Support is an expanding contemporary Disability Support Service that operates as a Registered NDIS Provider within the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Regions. Me & My Support is dedicated to delivering person-centred support that promotes the safeguarding principles of safety and quality when supporting people to live an enriched life. Me & My Support has a diverse range of tailored support options to cater for people’s goals which includes, but not limited to Supported Accommodation options and other Lifestyle Services funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience in a similar position is a must!
- Experience operating under KPIs
- Diploma of Community Services or equivalent to the position (Highly Desirable)
- Current Positive Work with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance or Yellow Card Exemption
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- A Current QLD Driver’s License
- Reliable, Roadworthy Vehicle
