Salary: $40.26 - $41.53 per hour (SCHADS Level 2.1-2)

The Opportunity: We are excited to expand our team and are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker. This role is pivotal in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing them with the support they need to thrive in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised support, based on individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Collaborate with therapy teams to implement strategies that enhance clients' abilities.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.
Requirements:
- National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
- Passion for working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' needs.
- Ability to work in Australia
