Form of workAbout the role We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our Illawarra team on a casual basis with a view to converting to permanent part time in the future. Reporting to the Coordinator, you will be expected to support customers with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in our Centre Based Programs and Home Community Supports.
This role would suit those with a genuine desire to promote the independence and inclusion in society of people with disability or developmental delay as well as a desire to support individuals to have a voice, choice, and exercise control over their own lives to achieve their individual goals.
