You will be providing supportive services to Clients across the disability and aged care spectrum in a residential setting. Additionally, this position would suit someone with experience working in the NDIS space however Applications will be considered from a variety of experience levels and special interests.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to participants to help them improve their independence and achieve their goals.
- Assist participants with a range of personal activities including domestic assistance Meal preparation, house cleaning, gardening, laundry and more.
- Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding and comfort for the client.
- Drive Clients to Shopping, appointments and or other allied health services.
What you will need:
- Genuine passion to work alongside participants/or the elderly
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle. (you will be required to transport clients in your vehicle.)
- Certificate III in Individual support, Aged care or Disability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in further learning & development.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Clearance
- The right to work in Australia.
