The Opportunity:
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Support Worker located in the Woodcroft area to be part of our large family of Support Workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support/Aged Care/Disability
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Clear English verbal and written skills required.
