Support Worker

We Care Disability Services are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team who are passionate about providing high-quality support for our participants in the Western Sydney suburbs.

What we are looking for:

• Motivated and Enthusiastic people who enjoy supporting people in their home to achieve their individual goals.
• Certificate III in Disability, Individual support OR Experience within the industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to provide support with domestic assistance, personal care, preparing and cooking meals and accessing the community.
• PEG and Hoist Trained highly regarded.
• Committed to providing exceptional quality care to our participants.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and possibly sleepover shifts.

MUST BE RELIABLE

Essential criteria:

1.  Current NSW Driver's license 
2.  Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
3.  Working with Children's Check
4.  NDIS Worker Screen Check 
5.  Covid-19 Vaccination proof
