About your role:
Assist the Senior Property Manager in the administration for properties, landlords and tenants
Assist the Sales and Leasing Team as required
Take enquiries and respond accordingly
Assist in database management
Compliance
Update department manuals and documents
Help with the growth of the Property Management Department and client relationships
Desirable:
Dependable, trustworthy and honest
Takes initiative and has a strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail
Great communication skills
Real Estate experience or Professional background
Essential requirements:
Certificate of Registration or higher (or willingness to complete)
Drivers Licence and reliable car
Proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Office)
