About You:
Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details) or willingness to enrol.
Willingness to study Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules) through our RTO.
Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
Availability to work 24/7 rotating roster, including sleep-overs and week-ends.
