Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions.

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable, home care employees to assist our clients in the Fremantle & Surrounding Suburbs of approx 30min travel. Whether you’re new to disability support or looking to elevate your skills in specialised care, you’re better off At Home.
The right candidate will have flexible availability for various shifts available from Monday to Sunday, that start at a length of 2hrs and increase to 10hrs depending on client needs. Permanent employment will be considered after three months.
Skills and Experience
Personal care
Manual handling and hoisting
Social support and companionship
Domestic duties and meal prep
Previous experience in high care disability, particularly clients with spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries (preferred but not essential)
Bowel and Catheter care (preferred but not essential)
Mandatory Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening check
First Aid and CPR certificates
WA drivers licence and road worthy car
Right to work in Australia
