Direct Personnel are on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service superstars!
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be organising bookings and schedules of projects, which requires a high level of Customer Service and attention to detail.
We have roles based in Central and Northern Gold Coast, working Monday to Friday.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- General administration and data entry duties.
- Book and manage service requests in CRM via phone or email.
- Manage and update a variety of reports daily.
- Call and confirm daily bookings.
- Respond to emails and online communications in a timely manner.
- Operate a busy switchboard and backfill other team members when required.
- 1+ years administration experience.
- Have reliable transport and drivers licence.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong MS office software.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
