Working in our Homelessness stream, you will work with clients to identify and build upon their ability to function independently. In this role you will also work collaboratively with Case Managers and Team Leaders to provide holistic support to those seeking our service.
Your key responsibilities Work alongside Case Management Team to identify, action and respond to client needs as required Complete reports for incidents, near misses and following policies and procedures to address potential high-risk situations and other work hazards Identify service gaps and risks, make recommendations for service delivery to the Leadership Team Participate in ongoing professional and skill development to enhance service delivery and practice Perform role in line with Trauma Informed Care principles, The Salvation Army’s
