Support Worker - Icare

If you're looking for somewhere to pursue your passion and make a difference, then join the New Horizons team!We’re looking for a Support Worker to engage with our Orange team to provide complex care to a resident within the icare program.As a New Horizons employee you’ll provide the highest quality support to our vulnerable customers living with a cognitive and or physical impairment, living in the local community. This position requires a skilled disability worker who has experience supporting paraplegics who have complex care needs This exciting role is for a 30hrs per week based in Orange, with hours of work vary from weekday shifts, evening/Sleepover and weekend shifts. Within this 6-person team, you’ll work with a fun, like minded high performing team who are friendly, empathetic, compassionate, and invested in the highest quality care for our customers.
