- Competitive Compensation: Above Industry Standard Rates

Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker for Agency Staff, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in various locations across NSW. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Client Care: Providing high-quality support and care to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.
2. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living: Assisting clients with tasks such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Companionship: Building strong, respectful, and supportive relationships with clients to enhance their well-being.
4. Medication Administration: Ensuring the safe and correct administration of medication to clients, in accordance with established protocols.
5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, care provided, and any changes in client conditions.
6. Transportation: Safely transporting clients to appointments, outings, and activities as required.
7. Safety and Well-being: Promoting a safe and healthy environment for clients and promptly addressing any safety concerns.
8. Communication: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, family members, and agency staff to provide the best care possible.
9. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following agency policies, procedures, and industry regulations at all times.
10. Flexibility: Being available to work in various locations across NSW, including Cooma, Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Bungendore, Queanbeyan, Braidwood, Batemans Bay, Wamboin, and Tumut,Young, based on agency needs.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A strong commitment to providing quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
