Your role:
We are looking for people who have an interest in working with young people. We need those who have a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people who may have experienced complex trauma and work through and trauma informed lens.
In this role you will are able to take on one transport shift per day- Morning 7am-10am or afternoon 2pm-5pm. You will use our pool cars and pick that up from our Dandenong office.
We may also be able to offer shifts working with Targeted Care Packages or as a Youth Mentor, it is a great way to secure some casual work that aligns with your professional goals.

About You
- A Certificate IV in Youth Work, Family Work, Community Development or similar
- Experience working with Young People who have experienced significant trauma
- An understanding of how trauma can affect the development of young people
- Excellent verbal and collaborative communication skills
- An empathy with AV’s Values and Mission to do better for Children, Young People and Families
