Our customers are all very individual and have varying needs. For this role, we are seeking an individual experienced with complex high-care needs including behaviours. Customers have a wide range of professional supports and full training in their care plans is provided.
This is an Overnight Sleep roster of 64 hours per fortnight. Please review the roster included before applying.

Key duties include:
- Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you’ll need?
- Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours- essential;
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Significant personal care and domestic duties experience;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support Disability or higher is essential;
- A Valid drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
