Address We are seeking applications from passionate and suitably qualified Health Care Workers
This rewarding role will see you providing support to our home care consumers, assisting them to remain living independently in their own homes through tasks such as domestic assistanc personal care and other social or individual support the consumer may require. Company vehicles are provided for use to attend our consumershomes.
This diverse role can also see you providing high-quality care with a consumer-focused approach to our Residential Aged Care consumers.

You are passionate about what you do and want to support our consumers to live life to their potential. You will also have the following;
Certificate III in Individual Support orCertificate IV in Disability orCertificate III Aged Care or similar qualification
Good communication and consumer service skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
Able to comprehend and follow written instructions and procedures
Motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable, however training will be provided to those without experience in a Community setting
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Drivers Licence
