Our Support workers will assist young people from a therapeutic approach ensuring that each young person receives individualised support and care to promote physical, emotional, and psychological wellness.
What will a typical day look like? Shift work Provide opportunities for children and young people to develop and learn life skills appropriate to their age and ability. Engage with young people to support them in all aspects of life, both in the home and wider community.
Implement strategies identified in the care plan and participate in the review of care plans to ensure young people have clear, relevant, and achievable goals.
