Support Worker

My Place is a values-based organisation that supports people with disabilities in pursuing the lifestyle of their choice. 

We are seeking reliable, motivated women to provide periods of support for a woman who lives in her own home in the Burswood area. If you are enthusiastic, able to work autonomously, friendly and interested in enabling a young woman to live a happy, independent life, we would like to hear from you!  The role consists of daily living, role modelling and social and community support.  Training will be provided for non-experienced applicants with the right values and attitude.  

Support Periods:

Monday to Friday 2pm – 6pm on a weekly basis (multiple roles available throughout the week during these support periods)

Driver's license, own vehicle, and willingness to complete the NDIS Worker Screening, NDIS Worker Orientation module and a medical are essential.
