What you will be doing:
- Support young vibrant adults who attend day program to be an active part of their community and achieve their goals.
- Show willingness to engage and clients in individualised or group programs, hobbies and interests.
- Provide personal care respectfully if and when required.
- Capacity building to promote choice and control and build independence
- Follow behavioural support & NDIS care plans
Some of our requirements:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and flexible availability across a 24/7 roster which may include, mornings (6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm OR 3pm- 11pm), active/sleepover nights (10pm-6am OR 11pm-7am).
