Your role will be diverse and challenging and will involve direct care for clients in settings such as houses, schools, hospitals, community centres and emergency accommodation.Your daily tasks can include:Building a relationship with the people you are caring for.Providing 24/7 around the clock care to participants, following a structured routine developed specifically for their needsAdministering medicationTransporting the people in our care to and from school, day programs, appointments, and Family Time (Supervised Contact) visits.Assist in the implementation of programs designed for the development of the clientReport writingYOUR REWARDSWe offer some serious professional benefits, ensuring you are well-trained and conducting your role at the best practice level our clients deserve. Once enrolled you may receive up to 8 units of credit based on the satisfactorily completion of the induction requirements and your performance during probation.Rates for this role commence at SCHADS Level2 Paypoint1.
