Form of work Care FNQ is a disability support provider located in Cairns, Queensland, run by industry experienced professionals therefore we understand the role and expectations of our team.
Starting up in November 2020, we have rapidly expanded, supporting clients in Cairns and surrounding areas. We offer community access, domestic support and supported independent living services. At Care FNQ, we pride ourselves on a personal, client-focused approach. We follow the National Disability Service Standards to maintain excellent results for both our workers and our clients.

About You
Empathetic & caring personality
Ability to be flexible and resilient in various challenging situations
Demonstrated experience with low to moderate complex behaviours
Preference to be able to work a 24/7 hr rotating roster which will include on call and emergency shifts
What You'll Need
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or willingness to apply for one
Valid Positive Notice Blue Card: Working with Children and Young people or willingness to apply for one
Current QLD drivers license
A reliable, insured vehicle (for community support you are required to transport clients in your vehicle)
Willingness to engage in further learning & development
Completion of NDIS Orientation Module & Food Safety Training
