Currently we have many of our valued clients and participants in need of support with dementia diagnosis or acquired injuries. If you have the experience and desire to improve the health and wellbeing of people living with these needs – we would love to hear from you.

 Key Responsibilities:  

🔹Deliver personalised care services tailored to the unique needs of each client. 

🔹Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication support, and manual handling.  

🔹Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, promoting dignity and independence. 

🔹Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care. 

🔹Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care activities.

 What We Are Looking For:  

🔹Experience in the Aged Care and NDIS industry. 

🔹Cert III or IV in Disability/ Ageing or Individual Support or a willingness to undertake with our support at no cost to you. 

🔹A willingness to work across a variety of times and days to meet the needs of our clients and participants.  

🔹Demonstrated understanding of active support. 

🔹Experience in Dementia – ability to show empathy and compassion, and an understanding of people’s needs who have dementia.
