Job Description: We are looking for 6 consistent Support Workers 2-3 years experience in diverse personal care to provide support at set days and times. The role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring the client's well-being, and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
- Monitor the client's health and report any changes to the care coordinator.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Training and experience in personal care.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Reliable & Committed to support work.
