The Team Leader/Support Worker role is an operational role for 20 hours per week, based at our Hobart site. You will be responsible for delivering support and services to a caseload of participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will take responsibility for the delivery of a high quality of service, referrals, rostering, professional development and supervision of a team of Support Workers and positive participant outcomes. Ideally, you will work 4 days per week, for 5 hours each day on operational aspects of the business. There is the opportunity for flexibility to Work From Home when appropriate.
