- Prepare invoices and liaise with accounts.
- Perform banking tasks
- Maintain office supplies and facilities
- Provide reporting to head office in Japan
- Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external organisation.
- Support IT & HR tasks as required
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English language skills
- Similar experience working in Japan for about 3 years
- A high level of proficiency with MS Office suite
- Attention to details
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at same time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
