Supporter Relations Coordinator

This highly regarded not for profit organisation create and drive exciting programs across the globe, enabling the empowerment of women living in poverty to change their lives.Working in a part time capacity 3 days a week, this role provides you with work/life flexibility and the organisation provides an additional weeks leave each year.As part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the profitability of direct marketing programs, as you take responsibility for the processing and reporting of supporter donations.Specifically your role includes the following:

• Day to day processing and reporting of donations, gifts and pledges
• Process donations through key fundraising channels
• Engage with and provide responsive communication to supporters
• Ensure the processing of high quality data in Raiser's Edge
• Database management
• Effective maintenance of supporter records
• Ensure receipts are updated
• Monthly processing of regular gifts
• Monthly reconciliation
• Updating manual filing systems
• Provide support to internal stakeholders as required
