Location Negotiable across the North Region (Pending campus availability)

Full Time, Permanent Opportunity

$84,647 package includes salary ($74,912 - $82,688), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our North Region team in the role of Support Officer. If successful in this role, you will provide direct support to the Director of Customer and Stakeholder Relations (North Region), whilst also supporting the broader management team.

Using your high-level communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills, this role will see you managing competing priorities, effectively responding to queries and triaging North Region complaints in a fast paced, diverse, and complex environment. An integral part of this role is collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operation of the region. Additional key tasks in this role include diary management, monitoring calls and emails, preparing correspondence and administrative support.

You will have:

  • Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge & experience
  • Experience providing quality executive secretarial and/or administrative support in a complex, high volume environment
  • Experience in the effective use of records management & finance systems

Highly Regarded:

  • Experience in triaging complaints and addressing other challenging issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience & proficiency in the use of administration technology, systems & applications
