We run programs in Australia and overseas and, if there's a disaster - like an earthquake, drought or conflict - we are there on the ground.Where you come in:In this full time, permanent role, you will manage and maintain relationships with supporters who have indicated their interest in leaving a gift in their will and provide exceptional service and stewardship for our mid-value segment. You will be part of our Fundraising team and report to our Gifts in Wills Manager.You will make an impact by:Building trust and confidence in our supporters' decisions to leave a gift in their Will that ensures we're here to help for generations to come and achieve our vision that every child gets a healthy start in life, an education, and the chance at a better future.Providing engaging and meaningful stewardship for Key Supporters, particularly where there is overlap with the Gifts in Wills pipeline, to improve retention and grow income.Does this sound like you?You have a warm engaging personality, a passion for connecting with people and bring curiosity to your conversations. You possess a proven track record of successfully engaging with supporters to help drive organisational goals. You have excellent interpersonal skills with clear ability to create easy and natural rapport with people from different walks of life. Finally, you will be a goal-oriented individual with a high level of attention to detail, wanting to make a difference in children's lives globally.This role requires:2+ years of relationship management experience.Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.Confident phone technique, displaying a mature, ethical, professional manner that exhibits sensitivity, tact and discretion along with a commitment to a high standard of performance.Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at all levels.Self-motivated, with excellent organisational and administration skills, and the ability to work autonomously.Competency with CRM management and MS Office suiteWorking at Save the Children is more than just a job.It's the feeling of knowing that your work is contributing to making the world a better place for children and working with others who feel the same.
