A part-time or full-time multi-hat role.

The position is primarily to work from home with the flexibility to work from the office, depending on your location in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.

• Coffee industry knowledge, familiarity and experience.
• Tertiary Qualification.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Proficient administrative skills.

• Customer relationship management and sales activities
• Sample roasting and dispatch
• Logistics and order management
• Manage social media content.
• Engagement in industry events and cupping sessions.
• Admin and back-office tasks
• Other duties and tasks as seasonal capacity and workload demands or as opportunities allow.
