We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals with or without recruitment backgrounds who possess exceptional rapport-building and relationship management skills. Your role is to work with your clients to understand their hiring and talent needs, and coordinate internally within the Staffing GroUp to delivery candidates to your clients.
You will be entrusted with a portfolio of past and current clients in targeted industries, who require your expertise to nurture and grow these relationships. You will work closely with these clients to build rapport, delivery consistent service excellence and secure ongoing business.
Our Australian head office is located conveniently in Port Melbourne, close to the beach and accessible public transport, with the added benefit of free on-street parking.
Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and enhance relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients in various industries to achieve monthly budgets.
• Strategically manage and expand your client base through proactive engagement and high-quality service.
• Present suitable candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and culture.
• Provide regular updates and collaborate with clients on recruitment strategies.
• Monitor client job advertising and proactively reach out to secure maximum ongoing business.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Recruitment background preferred, but not mandatory.
• Exceptional rapport building, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for interacting with people.
• Excellent English language skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational skills and technology proficiency.
• Open to backpackers with a minimum of 1-year recruitment experience in an English-speaking country and at least 1 year remaining on their visa.
