About the Role

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, the Supporter Services Representative is responsible for maximising revenue by providing excellent service to supporters, including through prompt and accurate donation processing and receipting and answering enquiries via phone, mail and email. 

Casual role initially approximately 7-28 hours a week, based in Margarete Ainsworth Building, Randwick.

The key selection criteria for this position includes:

• Experience using a CRM, preferably RE/NXT
• Administration experience
• Customer/supporter service experience
• Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience in working effectively in a team
• A proven commitment to delivering excellent customer/supporter service
• Good telephone manner and ability to respond to enquiries over the phone and in writing

Key responsibilities for the role include:

• Be the first point of contact for the Foundation and provide great service to supporters by promptly assisting with all enquiries, questions and complaints 
• Coordinate the end-to-end process of opening and sorting mail (during peak times this may be done by casual staff or volunteers under supervision), data-entering, producing banking, receipting and thanking existing supporters and donors in a timely, accurate and efficient manner including any special acknowledgements required by Fundraising Managers, Executive Director or CEO
• Ensure all monthly financial reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner working with other Foundation and Finance staff plus Foundation bank statements
• Continuously review for administrative best practice in the Foundation and use the technologies available to maximise the donor experience 
• Co-ordinate the data download, data-entering, producing banking, receipting and thanking existing supporters and donors in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Other duties commensurate with the role, as reasonably required.

Due to the nature of this role, you will usually be required to work from the Randwick office but there is some flexibility around start and finish times and you may be able to work from home occasionally.
