Flexi Personnel is working with our client a leading distributor of construction fasteners, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Customer Service Admin Representative to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume orders and providing exceptional Customer Service through email, and inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume orders accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and manage numerous product codes.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
- Assist clients who prefer ordering over the phone.
- Manage an email inbox with approximately 40 emails daily, potentially up to 100 when covering for team members.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Demonstrate good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adapt quickly to our accounting-based systems.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Determined and highly motivated individual.
- Have worked with a large amount of Sku's highly desirable
- Ability to work 8:00 am to 4:06 pm.
Pay Rate: $30ph - $32ph plus super and the right candidate has an opportunity to gain permanent employment.
