As our PMO officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of a range of Business Solutions Delivery services including resource management, project assurance and system administration and project delivery in conjunction with other members of the unit.
- Assisting in the delivery of business improvement activities by working with other members of the unit in developing and implementing new processes, procedures, and systems.
- Providing ad hoc business and project support activities to the Business Solutions Delivery team such as system schedule updates, monthly reporting and ensuring these services are provided in alignment with relevant department and branch policies.
- Providing high level organisation skills and effectively manage multiple tasks and activities at once including the ability to set and meet realistic goals and prioritise tasks.
