HSW is on the lookout for a Part-time Sustainability Steward to join our award winning Sustainability team. In this role you will support the Safety, Sustainability & Maintenance Manager to ensure that the highest standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchens and contribute to our strong passion in creating a more sustainable precinct.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Separating waste streams
- Cleaning waste rooms
- Handling compost
- Using baling machine to crush cardboard, plastic bottles and cans
- Record keeping
What we’re looking for:
- No experience necessary. Knowledge of kitchen operations is an advantage.
- This role requires heavy lifting.
- Flexibility with rostering including weekend work (AM & PM shifts)
- Work collaboratively with others
- Must have own form of transportation due to late finishes
