Eligibility: Open to EveryoneJob Description:The Sustainable Agriculture Facilitator is an externally funded position working closely with Kangaroo Island Landscape Board staff, farmers, land managers, local farmer groups, farming systems groups, agri-business, industry bodies and agencies. The role designs and implements workshops, events and activities that promote sustainable farming outcomes that achieve Australian Government and Kangaroo Island Landscape Board objectives for Sustainable Agriculture and natural resources outcomes. The position provides technical advice, expertise and facilitation of information across a range of agricultural and environmental issues, including emerging initiatives such as net zero carbon farming, carbon and biodiversity credit markets and natural capital accounting.Application Instructions:Please apply online and submit your CV and letter of application (max 3 pages) addressing the 8 Selection Criteria (including qualifications) outlined in the Role Description.Special Conditions:This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protection Security Policy Framework.
