A rare and exciting role exists in a growing, independent, Sydney-based company hinged on devoted hospitality, individuality, and good times.
Swillhouse is responsible for some of the most revered and beloved venues in the country; Shady Pines Saloon, The Baxter Inn, Frankie’s Pizza By The Slice, Restaurant Hubert and Alberto’s Lounge. Currently, Swillhouse is in the development stages of launching a gloriously appointed new venue in The Rocks, as well as a globally focussed, new print publication, Swill.
The successful candidate will coordinate the marketing practices for Swillhouse’ bill of businesses, and enjoy the opportunity to manage the promotion of inspired new ventures also.
This role will see you receiving a vast spread of ideas, utilising your skills in both multi-tasking and innovative marketing techniques to meet objectives, and facilitate the vision of Swillhouse’ Creative Director, Art and Editorial team.
