In your role no two days will be the same with a variety for jobs.
You will fill an important role supporting the smaller teams and deliver specific tasks. We strongly believe in a flexible multi skilled team that can do it all and ensure the entire team are developed in all aspects of the landscape profession.
You’ll be supported by the owner in the early stages as you get to know the team and the role.
Once you settle in then you will be expected to oversee multiple jobs from start to finish jobs and see them through to completion while maintaining a high standard and staying on budget.

Your skills:
- Experienced in Swimming Pool and/or landscape construction - set out site, levels, drainage, irrigation systems, retaining walls, timber construction, planting & turf, stone cladding, operate machinery & equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively assist in the resolution of construction issues onsite
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards are met on all projects
- Minimum 3yrs in a supervision role
- Supervising sub-contractors and managing other trades.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.
- Proficiency in understanding working drawings, relevant building codes and construction methodologies best applied.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with an eye for quality and detail.
- Fully valid Driver’s licence
- Salary negotiable bases on experience.
