Our client is a global leader in financial services, a large organisation based in 3 stunning locations across Sydney CBD. This financial services leader is looking for someone to manage a busy switchboard.
As a switchboard associate, you will play a pivotal role within the guest relations team.You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. You will ensure that at all times the experience is seamless, welcoming, professional and aligned to the highest standards. You will make sure the switchboard database is accurate and updated as required.
Requirements
- High level of attention to detail in particular high-pressure situations
- Complaint handling-able to resolve problems as they arise in an appropriate manner
- Excellent personal presentation

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of internal/external calls
