About the ROLE
- You will be answering phone calls coming in via the switchboard.
- You will utilise software to redirect calls to the appropriate destination.
- You will be involved with other administrative tasks as directed.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Required: A minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Clear communication and good customer service skills
- Computer skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to carry out rotational shift work on a 24/7 shared roster
