About the ROLE

  • You will be answering phone calls coming in via the switchboard.
  • You will utilise software to redirect calls to the appropriate destination.
  • You will be involved with other administrative tasks as directed.

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

  • Required: A minimum AGSVA Baseline clearance or higher
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check
  • Clear communication and good customer service skills
  • Computer skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to carry out rotational shift work on a 24/7 shared roster
