We are recognised for our expertise and success in providing businesses with flexible, motivated and performance based workforce within the Australian marketplace.We are currently seeking an experienced Machine Operators & Process Workers for casual positions based in Glendenning, NSWThe role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
• Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
• Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
• Maintain quality of products associated documentation according to specifications
• Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers escalate in case of deviations and issues.
• Must have 'Full Working Rights'

The successful candidate for MACHINE OPERATORS will require;

• Previous experience working as a Machine Operator in a food and pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Prior knowledge operating dry product fill lines advantageous
• Familiar with HACCP
• Experience with Flow wrappers, Led Cartoner boxing machines.
• Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms.
• Computer literate
• Team player and good communication skills
• Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Blending and mixing of raw materials
• Dispensing and weighing out Raw materials
• Debagging and weighing of ingredients
• Working along the production Plan and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment

The successful candidate for PROCESS WORKERS will require;

• Flexible and reliable and must be available for an immediate start
• Students are welcome too.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Safety-first mindset in fast-paced settings
• Strict adherence to instructions

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Packing of products
• Sorting of products
• Operating machinery
• Quality control
