The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Sydney Airport Manager and Client Engagement Manager in all administrative duties required for our above and below operations at Sydney Airport.
We are looking for a candidate to commence immediately in this Full Time role. Work days will be Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays and working hours are to be advised.
Key responsibilities:
- Inbox, meeting/diary management for the Sydney Airport Manager and Client Engagement Manager
- Manage WINC orders for all ports nationally
- Onboarding and training system uploads for all new starter employees
- Uniform ordering and follow up of all national orders (placing orders, ensure orders are aligned with order allowance requirements)
- Manage employee annual leave and sick leave approvals nationally
- Manage GSE, operational vehicle registrations and licences nationally
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for Star Management
- Creation of client presentation packs to support the Sydney Airport Manager and Client Engagement Manager
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by your Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - or the ability to obtain one
- A valid authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA) - or the ability to obtain one
- Experience within the Aviation and/or Logistics/Transport Industry.
- Previous administrative experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- The ability to manage changing priorities and high volume workload
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong ability to multi-tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Awareness of WHS Legislation
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety and Manual Handling
- Capable of report writing, in plain and clear English
- Professional level English, both spoken and written
