Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our dedicated and energetic internal function as a Talent Acquisition Advisor across our Hospitals group. Our Hospitals group consists of The Wesley Hospital and St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital in Brisbane and Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast and St Stephens Hospital in Hervey Bay. This role will primarily support The Wesley Hospital and St Andrews, with the ability to work both on site and flexibly from home.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner you will:
- Own the recruitment needs of your portfolio, specifically supporting The Wesley and St Andrews Hospital
- Advertise, screen, source candidates through broad range of clinical, specialist medical and support roles
- Collaborate and drive Graduate Recruitment, working with the wider Talent Acquisition Hospitals team to facilitate recruitment for 2x Graduate Nurse intakes per year, including running psychometric assessments, interview days/assessment centers and clinical exams
- Provide an engaging and candidate focused recruitment experience for those applicants being progressed through a recruitment process
- Build strong and robust relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders
- Advocate for best practice recruitment strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
What makes a difference for us?
- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience (internal or agency) in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with a strong understanding of candidate sourcing
- Experience working with an ATS/ AMS, Seek, LinkedIn and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to deal confidently, confidentially and courteously with people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently, maintain high levels of attention to detail, maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines.
