Our System Administrator is a passionate and experienced System Administrator who will join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business growth and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and software applications.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Participate in IT project planning and implementation.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or related IT role.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with network administration, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
