Job
- Install, support & maintain ICT Infrastructure
- Ensure that all Incidents, Service Requests & enquiries are logged in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Work to SLAs & ensure customer expectations are managed.
- Perform second level Support analysis, troubleshooting & attempt to fix-on-first, before escalation.
- Routine maintenance of all PCs, laptops, printers etc
- Research & prepare reports on ad-hoc topics as instructed.
Essential Skills
- 3 years’ experience in L2 & Systems Administration
- Demonstrated experience in supporting & administering Microsoft infrastructure;
- Windows AD, Windows Server, ADFS, Distributed File Services, SQL Servers, Remote Desktop Servers, System Centre services, Office 365, System Centre, MS Intune
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Experience in ITIL Service, Change and Incident Management processes.
- Experience with PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Office 365
- Azure AD
- Intune (would also consider SCCM)
- Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
- On-prem hardware (Servers, switching, routing)
- Good General Networking (Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure (Layer 2 Switching) & Paolo Alto would stand out.
Advantageous Skills
- Citrix and virtual technologies - an advantage
- VoIP and mobile telephony - an advantage
- Zoom, Adobe suite, IP/Cloud telephony (New Voice Media) - an advantage
- Experience supporting Apple hardware, MacOS set-up & configuration, JAMF – an advantage
- ITIL foundation qualifications preferred. Not essential.
