Join our busy and supportive team as a Facilities Officer at St Margaret's Anglican Girls School. The role provides the opportunity to utilise your skills across various aspects of facilities management.
The role
This is a busy role with a broad diversity of duties day-to-day. Some examples of the responsibilities of the role include:
- Minor building and facilities maintenance
- Event and function setup and pack down
- Assisting with swimming pool operations
- Occasional bus driving, supported by appropriate training and school assistance to acquire appropriate licences
- Traffic marshalling support and
- General grounds maintenance.
Relevant training will be provided to ensure the opportunity to continually grow and develop skills.
About the candidate
You should have a high level of energy and physical capability to perform tasks in an outdoor environment. A positive attitude, well-developed interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are all crucial skills for this role.

Ideally this is a full-time role across the year, however we are open to considering part-time and also job-sharing. Some flexibility in hours may be available and we are happy to consider all options. Participation in a rotational Saturday roster will be required.
