The clientPSG is working with a reputable and well known organisation which currently requires an experienced Systems Administrator for a contract role to complement their team of close knit and talented engineers.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining essential IT operations and implementing targeted solutions to achieve strategic business goals.
Skills and experience:Other responsibilities include:- Installing, monitoring and maintaining MS operating systems (Desktop and Server)
- Excellent knowledge of M365, Azure AD and Azure.
- Knowledge of VMWare/Hyper-V.
- Perform troubleshooting as and when required
- Support operations by monitoring performance, configuration, maintenance and providing day to day support.
- Support staff in using existing and new software and hardware
- Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate issues within agreed SLA timeframes
- Ensure written documentation is kept up to date
